How we got here

We didn't switch fields, we went deeper. Every stage left behind something we still use.

    WISE IT SRL, Oradea

    We started as a custom software studio. We've stayed a small team ever since, paid to deliver rather than to present.

  2. 2014

    Print Speak, Australia

    Eight years as senior full-stack developer on an integrated sales and marketing platform. Rails and PostgreSQL, at scale, in production.

  3. 2019

    Dealership Insights 360, US

    A three-year contract CTO role covering product and architecture for the car dealership market.

  4. 2022

    Spiffy, US

    First Rails development, then leading design for both the customer mobile app and the back-office CRM. Satisfaction rose 35% and retention 28%.

  5. 2024

    The AI pivot

    We started building agents, automation and MCP servers. Not as demos, but as processes running daily inside real company operations.

  6. 2026

    Our own products

    RalphX, ReefAgent, TailThemes, autorom and GymTime AI. Everything we learn building for ourselves ends up in client projects.

Started WISE IT in 2012. Since then we have written the code, led the design teams and built products for companies in Romania, Europe, the United States and Australia. Since 2024 we work almost entirely on AI systems: agents, automation, and the architecture that holds them together.

Every two weeks there is something to look at and use. We won't ask you to wait six months to find out whether we understood you.

We say when it isn't a good idea

Repository, infrastructure, documentation. You can take all of it to any team, at any time.
