Marketing & growth

Ads, video and SEO managed end to end.

We run Google Ads, Meta, Instagram and TikTok, produce AI reels every week and fix the technical SEO of your site. The same team that has been building software for thirteen years, so we don't stall when the problem turns out to be in the code.

  • The ad accounts stay in your company's name
  • You pay the media budget directly, with no cut taken by us
  • No 12-month lock-in: 30 days' notice
  • The source files for the creative are yours

What you're actually buying

One system, not four suppliers

Ads, creative, the site and measurement are one conversation. When they sit with different suppliers, each blames the other and you pay the difference.

  1. 01

    More enquiries

Ads on the channels where your customers actually are, pointed at pages built to convert rather than at your homepage.

  2. 02

    Organic traffic that stays

Technical SEO and search-intent content. Paid traffic stops when the budget stops; this doesn't.

  3. 03

A cost per lead you actually know

Tracking fixed in the first month and wired into your CRM, so every euro spent has a name next to it.

Every channel feeds the same funnel and is judged on the same three numbers at the bottom: leads, customers, revenue. Not on how good the report looks.

Channels

Where the money goes, and why

We don't switch every channel on at once. We start where demand already exists and add the rest as the creative keeps up.

Meta Ads · Facebook & Instagram

The demand you create

Feed, Reels and Stories, with Advantage+ catalogue for shops and lookalike audiences built from your actual customers, not from generic interests.

  • Stories
  • Advantage+
  • Catalog

TikTok Ads

Cheap reach, if you have creative

On TikTok the creative wins, not the budget. That's why we ship reels every week and kill what doesn't land instead of pouring money into a single clip.

  • Spark Ads
  • UGC
  • Pixel & events
  • Creator briefs

YouTube

When you have something to show

Demand Gen and in-stream for products that need a demo, plus video remarketing — the cheapest way to stay in mind.

LinkedIn Ads

B2B, where a lead costs real money

Targeting by job function, industry and company size, with native lead forms that land straight in your CRM rather than in a spreadsheet.

  • Lead Gen Forms
  • ABM
  • Retargeting
  • CRM sync

E-mail & CRM

The one channel you own

Email sequences and automations wired into your CRM, so paid traffic isn't lost after the first visit. This is the cheapest place to win a sale back.

  • Drip
  • CRM sync
  • Lead scoring
  • A/B

Video & creative

Reels produced with AI, edited by a human

On Reels and TikTok the creative decides your cost, not the budget. So we produce continuously and test three hooks per idea instead of making one expensive clip a quarter.

  1. Angles

We pull ten selling angles out of reviews, the questions your phone team hears and what people actually search for. We don't invent messages at a desk.

  2. Script

Each angle becomes a 15–30 second script with the hook in the first two. If the hook doesn't hold, the rest of the clip never gets seen.

  3. AI production

Generated voice, avatar and b-roll, layered over your own footage where you have it. Captions burned in automatically, in Romanian or English.

  4. Edit & variants

A human does the final edit plus three hook variants per reel. Delivered in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9, with and without captions.

  5. Publish & test

They go live as Spark Ads, Reels Ads or organic. We read the data at 72 hours, stop what fails and double down on what works.

SEO

The traffic that doesn't stop when the budget does

SEO has four parts and almost nobody does all of them. We start with the technical one, because that is where the content effort most often gets thrown away.

You get a list of fixes with estimated impact and estimated effort, in the order worth doing them. If you want, we do them too — a site is software like anything else.

Technical

The part where a software studio has an unfair advantage: we know why Google can't see half of your site.

  • Core Web Vitals and real speed, on mobile
  • Indexing, rendering and JavaScript sites
  • Structured data, sitemap, canonicals, hreflang

Content & intent

A keyword map split by intent, then the pages you're missing in order to cover it.

  • Service and product pages that can actually rank
  • Articles written for real questions, not for volume
  • Refreshing the content that already brings traffic

Authority

Links earned for real reasons: local press, partners, the directories that matter in your industry.

  • Digital PR and mentions in trade press
  • Citations and consistent business data everywhere
  • Cleaning up toxic links you inherited

Local

For businesses selling in one city or region, this is where the cheapest leads are won.

  • Google Business Profile optimised and maintained
  • City pages, without duplicate content
  • Reviews: how to ask for them and how to answer

The first month

What happens in the first 30 days

We don't promise numbers before looking inside the accounts. The first month is about fixing what's broken and getting measurement right.

  1. Days 1–5

    Audit

We go through your existing accounts, GA4, Search Console and the site itself. We come out with a list of what's broken and a budget estimate.

  2. Days 6–14

    Measurement

We fix tracking before spending a cent: conversions, events, forms, calls, the CRM link. Without it, optimisation is guesswork.

  3. Days 15–21

    First creative wave

The first reels and the first ad sets, with hook variants. This decides whether there'll be anything worth optimising next month.

  4. Days 22–30

    Live & first read

Campaigns are running, and at month end you get the first report: cost per lead by channel, what we cut and what we double.

Packages

Three ways to work monthly

The management fee is set after the audit, based on how many channels we run and how much creative we produce. The media budget stays separate and you pay it directly.

Start

One channel done properly, measured properly, plus the creative that feeds it.

  • One paid channel (usually Google or Meta)
  • Full setup: account, conversions, GA4, Tag Manager
  • 4 reels a month, 3 hooks each
  • Technical SEO: audit and the urgent fixes
  • A monthly report and a one-hour call

For companies starting from zero online

Growth

Most chosen

Three channels feeding each other, with landing pages and SEO running in parallel.

  • Three paid channels, with budget reallocated monthly
  • 8 reels a month plus static creative per channel
  • New landing pages and A/B tests on them
  • On-page SEO and two articles a month
  • Fortnightly report, live dashboard

For companies already selling that want more

Scale

The whole mix, plus the software side: feeds, integrations, automations, attribution.

  • Every relevant channel, YouTube and LinkedIn included
  • 12+ reels a month and continuous creative production
  • Product feed, server-side conversions, attribution
  • Full SEO: technical, content, authority, local
  • A weekly call and direct access to the team

For shops and companies with a serious media budget

We recommend at least €500 a month of media budget per channel, otherwise the data doesn't accumulate fast enough to decide anything.

Questions

What people ask on the first call

Who pays the ad budget?
You do, directly to Google, Meta or TikTok, on your own company card. We invoice only management and production. We don't take a cut of the budget and we don't run it through our accounts.
Who keeps the accounts and the data?
You do. We create them in your company's name and you grant us access, not the other way round. If you leave tomorrow, you take everything: accounts, history, audiences, creative, source files.
How long until this shows results?
On paid ads you get first data in 7–14 days and a clear direction within 30. On SEO, three to six months before movement you feel in sales. Anyone promising SEO results in 30 days is selling you something else.
What's the minimum media budget?
We recommend at least €500 a month per channel. Below that, data doesn't accumulate fast enough to decide anything and the algorithms never leave the learning phase.
Doesn't AI video look fake?
If you let AI do everything, yes. That's why we work hybrid: your footage, your actual product, with AI doing the voice, the b-roll, the captions and the variants. A human does the final edit.
How are you different from a marketing agency?
We've been building software since 2012. When a campaign stalls because the site is slow, the product feed is broken or leads never reach the CRM, we fix it — rather than sending you a report saying it's the developer's problem.

Next step

Send us the accounts and we'll tell you what's broken

We'll look through Google Ads, Meta, GA4 and Search Console for free and write back with what we'd change first. If there's nothing to improve, we'll tell you that too.

Ask for the audit
  • The audit takes five working days at most
  • You get a document, not a sales deck
  • We also tell you what isn't worth doing in your case
  • We sign an NDA before you give us account access

We build the software side too: shops, platforms, CRM and AI agents. That's usually where whatever is blocking the campaigns gets fixed.
