The situation
Burn Fitness runs five gyms in Cluj-Napoca. Five locations means five subscription flows and five ways of controlling access, while the member expects one membership to work everywhere. Off-the-shelf gym management software solves the gym, not the chain.
How we worked
We built the CRM around their process rather than the other way round, plus the member mobile app. Subscriptions renew automatically, turnstile access runs off a QR code generated in the app, and all five gyms are administered from a single dashboard.
