The situation
IC Protect Consult is an external occupational health and safety provider: they handle SSM and PSI compliance for other companies. Every new client means a documentation pack assembled from the same legal building blocks, but fitted to that company's activity, job roles and risks. It's repetitive work that still can't be copy-pasted from one client to the next.
How we worked
We're building a SaaS platform that generates the documentation packs from client data, using AI and semantic search across their document base. Separately, a portal where their client companies can see their own documents without having to ask by email.
