Facet Data and Deletion Requests
WISE IT SRL handles privacy requests for Facet: Tilt the Board.
Reset progress on your phone
In Facet, open Settings → Delete Local Data. Read the confirmation and select DELETE to reset your progress and settings on that device.
This resets the game profile. It does not delete previously uploaded analytics or crash reports, and it does not remove all local diagnostic records or pending uploads. Deleting the app's data through your device is a separate action; device backups and remote reports are separate again.
Request access, correction or deletion
Email contact@wiseit.ro with the subject Facet privacy request.
Tell us:
- Whether you want access, correction, deletion, or to discuss stopping collection.
- Whether your request concerns gameplay reports or a previous support conversation.
- Whether you are contacting us as a parent or guardian, if relevant.
If available, include your Facet version and approximate dates of use. Please do not send passwords, government identification, a child's name or photograph, or a complete device backup in your initial message.
Facet has no player email account. We may need to follow up with a limited, secure way to identify the relevant app records and verify your request. An email address alone may identify a support conversation without identifying gameplay reports. We will explain what we can locate and what we cannot.
Parents and guardians
You may ask to review or delete information relating to your child, or to stop its further collection or use. Contact us directly rather than asking a child to send personal details. The current pre-release game is intended for adult technical testing; its child-release privacy arrangements remain under review.
What happens next?
We review your request, ask for necessary clarification, and respond within the period required by applicable law. Where a request is valid and we can identify the records, we address it with the relevant service providers. We explain any information that must be retained and the applicable reason.
Deleting remote information does not itself disable future reporting from an installed test build. Tell us if you also want to stop further collection.
