Facet Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 19, 2026
This policy explains how WISE IT SRL handles information for Facet: Tilt the Board. It applies to the public App Store and Google Play release. Internal test builds may have separate notices shown to their adult testers.

Information handled by the public app
Facet does not require an account and does not use advertising identifiers or serve personalised advertising. To operate and improve the game, the app sends:
- a random installation identifier generated by Facet;
- gameplay and app-interaction events, such as launches, sessions, completed runs, feature use and purchase outcomes;
- technical diagnostics, such as app version, operating-system version, device model, performance measurements, error details and crash stack traces; and
- purchase status and product identifier needed to unlock and restore the Jeweler's Pass. Apple or Google processes the transaction and payment details; Facet does not receive full payment-card information.
The installation identifier is linked to these events so that delayed events, session reliability and purchase restoration can work. It is not linked to a Facet account, name or email address. Facet instructs its analytics processor not to derive or retain location from the network address. Network providers still process an IP address to deliver the request.
Gameplay analytics and diagnostics are necessary for the released app and cannot currently be disabled separately. You can stop future collection by uninstalling the app. Settings → Delete Local Data resets local progress and creates a new installation identifier; you may also request deletion of data associated with the previous identifier as described below.
Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. They remain there unless you reset the game, delete the app data, or your device backup service keeps a copy under your own account and settings.
Service providers and retention
WISE IT uses PostHog EU for product analytics and Unity Cloud Diagnostics for errors, crashes and performance diagnostics. Apple and Google process store purchases and may keep transaction records under their own privacy notices and legal obligations. These providers process data for WISE IT or independently as described in their terms.
WISE IT keeps product analytics for no longer than 24 months and crash and diagnostic records for no longer than 90 days, unless a shorter period is set or a longer period is needed to investigate abuse, resolve a dispute or comply with law. Aggregated statistics that no longer identify an installation may be kept longer.
The app can open this privacy policy in your web browser. Your browser, network provider and the website host may process ordinary request information such as your IP address and browser details. The publisher website has its own privacy notice.
Support messages
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and attachments. We use them to answer your request and investigate the issue. Our email service provider processes that correspondence for WISE IT. The domain's mail service is provided by Google.
We keep support and privacy correspondence only while it is needed to answer the request, protect users, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Routine support messages are deleted or anonymised within 24 months after the request is closed unless a longer period is legally required.
Where a service provider processes information outside the European Economic Area, WISE IT relies on an applicable adequacy decision or contractual safeguards required by data-protection law.
Children
Facet is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, a parent or guardian can contact us and request deletion. Children should not email support or send attachments; a parent or guardian should contact us on their behalf.
Legal bases
We process analytics and diagnostics based on our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the game. We process purchase status as needed to provide the product you request and meet legal obligations. When consent is required by applicable law, we ask for it before the relevant processing. We process support messages to respond to requests and protect the service.
Your choices and rights
Use Settings → Delete Local Data to reset Facet progress and settings on the device. You can also delete the app using the device's controls. Device backups are controlled separately by your Apple or Google account.
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable, including deletion of analytics associated with an installation identifier. Email contact@wiseit.ro with the subject Facet privacy request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards for information sent to us. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification or unnecessary personal information.
We will update this page and its effective date if Facet's data practices change.
